Resolute ISR, Inc. is seeking a UAS Maintainer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position for an experienced UAS Maintainer lvl 3-5 supporting Group 3 unmanned aerial systems. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting aircraft and ground control systems in Howell, MI. Candidates must be comfortable performing field-level maintenance to ensure system readiness and mission continuity.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Group 3 UAS, including air vehicles, payloads, ground control stations, and support equipment.
• Conduct pre-flight, post-flight, and periodic inspections focused on airworthiness, system readiness, and maintenance compliance.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and component-level repairs on aircraft, payloads, and ground control equipment.
• Execute component replacement, repair, calibration, and functional checks in accordance with approved technical data and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain logs, documentation, and flight data in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and maintenance discipline standards
• Able to travel up to 25%

• 2–5 years of hands-on UAS maintenance experience, preferably supporting Group 3 or Group 4 platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with aircraft maintenance practices, avionics systems, payloads, and ground support equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical manuals, wiring diagrams, maintenance procedures, and inspection criteria.
• Ability to work independently and in small teams or high-tempo operational settings.
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and situational judgment skills.

Preferred:

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
• Prior military, government contractor, or OEM UAS maintenance experience.
• Maintenance qualification or progression consistent with Maintainer Levels 3-5.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain necessary work authorization or export-control approvals, as applicable.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for potential travel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
