Job PurposeProvide comprehensive best in class sales support across all channels and segments to Emirates’ trade partners in order to maximize revenue and achieve commercial targets. Support the sales teams and external customers ensuring that all requests are actioned promptly.
- Assist the Sales Team to create and maintain the Customer Records, requests, client complaints etc.
- Support and co-ordinate in compiling routine and/or ad-hoc reports on potential and existing clients to ensure that teams functions efficiently.
- To independently ensure and supervise efficient filing systems in the Sales Office.
- Co-ordinate and support Sales team in the selling and spaneting of all products through efficient handling of direct mail and Tele- sales, answering to queries.
Qualifications:
12 yrs schooling or equivalent
Experience:
3+ yrs Airlines Sales Experience
QualificationKnowledge/skills:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Fares and Ticketing / Reservation skills
- Skilled user of MS Office packages & GDS System
- Ability to work under stress, while at the same time exhibit a high degree of productivity
- Ability to work independently
must have the right to live and work in Uganda
