Deliver role-based training and workshops, as part of the NetJets Sales Academy, with a focus on aviation expertise, prospecting, pipeline management, meeting effectiveness and deal advancement.
Provide coaching to sales team members, embedding competencies and behaviours aligned to the NetJets Sales Academy skillset matrices.
Curate/create digital learning content, collaborating with Organisational Development and Instructional Design teams.
Sales Tools & ResourcesCoordinate with Marketing and Products & Pricing teams to ensure Sales team members are equipped with the latest customer facing collateral to support sales activity.
Work with subject matter experts to develop support content and resources including playbooks, case studies and instructional guides.
Knowledge ManagementManage and promote utilisation of the NetJets Sales Enablement Platform as a single source of truth for all sales teams.
Partner with stakeholders to define, document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned to the NetJets sales cycle.
Continuous ImprovementKeep up to date with the latest innovations and technology in sales best practice, people development and enablement tools.
Regularly seek feedback and suggestions from sales team members on enablement initiatives.
