How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for maximizing revenue and spanet share within assigned corporate and agency portfolio in the country and/or regionally.Primary responsibilities include:Building, maintaining, and managing solid relationships virtually and in-person with agencies and/or corporate accounts at all levels and across the Region. Analyze existing accounts aiming to secure new business opportunitiesConduct analytics to maximize agreement performance and revenue growth with key customers. Prospect and secure new business.In collaboration with Manager develop and implement sales strategies based on the revenue plan.Evaluate and report results and competitive developments.Cooperate with corporate and/or agency Sales Development in executing sales strategies and programsFacilitates appropriate corrective actions to address underperforming accounts.Creates activity reports to document activities, actions, and resultsWill have a coordinating role with the sales team and will assume a leadership role in spaneting activities, developing ad-hoc sales material and commercial activities.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) 3+ years industry experience. Must have current work authorization to live/work in Peru at the time of application. Candidate should possess a strong orientation towards sales and understand how to create and maintain profitable business relationships with assigned accounts. Demonstrate aptitude for strong interpersonal relationships and business decision making skills. Must be able to manage change with resilience and display drive and commitment. Candidate must possess strong skills in written and verbal communications, data analysis, negotiation, time management, organization, planning, and presenting. Ability to generate basic sales reports, identify opportunities from extracted data, prioritize based on value, and develop and execute plans to achieve opportunities. Demonstrate leadership skills and have the ability to communicate information in a professional manner in accordance with Delta values. Must demonstrate high proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Have a positive and collaborative attitude and be a Team player.
