* Experience in order processing, customer service, and inventory management. Job Duties & Functions
* Provide customer-focused support for the Teamwear Program, assist employees with orders, and respond to inquiries.
* Support merchandise fulfillment through order processing and coordination.
* Maintain order logs, product assortments, and program documentation.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to branding guidelines and smooth operations.
* Track order volumes, fulfillment timelines, and customer feedback.
* Provide data entry and basic reporting to support program performance reviews.
* Support local pop-up stores and special events.
* Identify and escalate recurring issues or process inefficiencies.
* Complete required training as a contingency for assignment continuation. Physical Requirements & Environment
