Position Summary:
Responsible for the sales growth of all EMG products (excl. LORD, CDA and Meggitt) in China through direct sales, distributors and spanets programs. Work on short-term and long-term plans to grow business and to ensure penetration of all existing and potential spanets in the region.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
This position is primarily responsible for the profitable growth of sales volume of all EMG products (excl. LORD, CDA and Meggitt) in China. Works with distribution, direct customers and field sales. Co-ordinate with product group divisions to facilitate the introduction of new products and programs. Work out annual plan to meet the business growth and objectives.
Reports to Sales Director of Control, carries the responsibility in relation to the division’s financial performance and premier customer service goals.

Leads the sales and spaneting efforts to ensure growth and profitability for all EMG products (excl. LORD, CDA and Meggitt) in China
Provides leadership and guidance to field sales and distributors.
Identify and plan training needs for sales teams.
Work on annual plan to meet the business growth and objectives for product group.
Build strong connection with divisions.
Produces promotional materials and catalogues as approved in annual budgets.
Creates and conducts training programs and promotional programs for the product group.
Keeps informed on competitive products, pricing and new product development.
Identifies target spanets/applications for the product group.
Knowledgeable about industry economic and technological trends in target spanets.
Keep management informed of competitive and spanet issues via timely monthly reports and other specifically requested reports.
Manages price lists for the product lines.
Manages expenses budget and maximizes sales/expense ratio.
Review and manage accounts receivable to minimize risks.
Continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, quality, cost reduction and people productivity.
Other responsibilities that assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Engineering degree or equivalent
More than 10 years of commercial experience in relevant industry. Knowledge of the product group’s product, application, spanet and competition.
More than 5 years of people management experience with an understanding of achieving financial performance goals.
Excellent communication skills and good command of English
