The holder develops, designs, implements, and supports quality Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. They ensure that the solutions produced meet the specifications. They will be part of the solution team and may be required to contribute to the evolution of WEB solutions. Their tasks will lead them to collaborate with business teams. They will work within a dynamic team and must demonstrate autonomy and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement solutions primarily for Salesforce to meet the requirements of business teams.
- Propose innovative and maintainable solutions for the future.
- Actively participate in defining and evaluating Salesforce solutions and standards at different
- Evolve the currently implemented solution to ensure it is technologically up-to-date.
- Follow the existing team to gradually take over technical and functional developments.
- Actively collaborate with various technical and functional stakeholders.
- Ensure technological monitoring of the entire Salesforce ecosystem implemented at Transat.
- Know how to analyze and integrate the Salesforce solution with other internal and external applications.
- Provide support and maintenance for developed applications as needed, and ensure emergency support rotation 24/7 as required.
*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
