MoonJet is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager located in the States to join our US team. If you excel at building relationships, driving revenue, and managing key accounts, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to our expansion in the U.S. market.
We're looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the business aviation or corporate and business travel sector.
- A proven record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience managing key accounts and cultivating long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing business relationships with key customer accounts, executives, and stakeholders.
- Develop new business through calls, meetings, networking events, and targeted outreach.
- Identify opportunities and initiate sales activities to generate revenue across our service portfolio.
- Understand customer needs and propose solutions aligned with MoonJet's service offerings.
- Coordinate and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the business owner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handovers, alignment, and service continuity.
- Support the sales team in developing a comprehensive sales strategy.
- Provide regular progress reports and market insights to management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for prospects, clients, sales activities, and opportunities.
