English Air Service, LLC, a specialist in Lidar acquisition, power line construction and agricultural operations has an urgent requirement for helicopter pilots in our Lidar division flying in support of power line and gas detection missions. EAS has a fleet of 8 Bell 206L3/4 flying Lidar missions from coast to coast.
Qualified applicants will have experience in the Bell 206L airframe, experience with flying in the wire environment and at least one year of specific experience in utility / patrol operations.
Applicants will have the opportunity to move into the Bell 407 airframe after successfully mastering Lidar operations in the Bell 206L's
Pilots should have strong crew resource management skills and be comfortable working in high workload conditions such as in high traffic volume Class B airspace as well as in mountainous high density altitude conditions.
Salary is based on knowledge and level of experience with full time positions eligible for health benefits and 401K. Schedules are typically 14/14 but can me tailored to suit the pilot's preferences. Relocation is not required and all travel and accommodations are covered door to door.
Minimum Requirements
- 2500 hours helicopter PIC
- 500 Hours Turbine
- 100 hours Bell 206L
- 1 year of specific utility Lidar patrol experience
- Good CRM and customer service skills
