Job Description Summary

This individual will conduct all aspects of Air Evac EMSs flight simulation training, including oversight of the technical operation of all flight simulators which consists of the physical condition of the simulators and computers. Assures the simulator is maintained and in good working condition. Must have a working knowledge of the software packages that makeup the system and maintain as needed to keep the operational status of the simulator in optimum performance. Works closely with the flight instructors to develop lesson plans and scenarios that will enhance the training environment. Will actively participate in both new-hire and recurrent pilot classroom instruction and will accept duties, responsibilities, and authority as directed in the Company Operations Manual and Training Manual. Works with the Flight Records Department to coordinate initial and recurrent pilot training classes and assists in maintaining the pilot training files.
