Pay Range: $130,000 - $180,000
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Lear 60 Captain to join our Fort Lauderdale-based team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, service, and operational excellence. This is a non-commutable position, and candidates must reside within one hour of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport(FLL) or be willing to relocate within one hour of the airport.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Lear 60 in compliance with all FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards
- Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties, including flight planning, weather briefings, and aircraft inspections
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all phases of flight
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and other operational staff to ensure on-time departures and schedule adherence
- Stay current with Lear 60 training and meet currency requirements
- Complete administrative tasks related to flight operations and maintain accurate logbooks and records
Requirements:
- Current LR60 Type Rating
- Recent experience and currency with the Lear 60
- ATP Certificate with valid Medical Certificate
- Minimum flight hours as required by company and regulatory standards
- Proven knowledge of FAA regulations, flight safety protocols, and best practices
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must live within one hour of FLL or be willing to relocate
