Job Overview:

Are you an experienced painter or paint prepper looking to advance your career in the aviation industry? In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing aircraft surfaces for painting, ensuring a high-quality finish and structural integrity. If you have at least 8 months to 2 years of experience in paint preparation or autobody work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and mask aircraft surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting.
• Priming & Sealing: Apply primers and sealants to ensure the proper adhesion of paint.
• Inspection: Carefully inspect surfaces for defects or imperfections, ensuring the highest standards of preparation.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 8 months to 2 years of experience in painting or paint prep (autobody or related fields).

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
