Job Description:

神戸空港事業所でのヘリコプター及び装備品の整備、修理、新規組立、改造等の過程における塗装業務に従事する。規程、作業安全及びマニュアルを遵守し、塗装業務の品質の向上を図る。
He/she is responsible for painting work along with Maintenance, Repair, Assembly and Modification implemented at the
Kobe Airport Facility. He/she makes improvements to quality of painting work in accordance with regulations, safety
rules and aircraft maintenance manuals.

ヘリコプター及び装備品整備作業等に係る塗装作業を担当する。
塗装工程の管理、品質、納期、コスト、人材育成を担当する。
Responsible for painting work on maintenance and relevant work for helicopters, equipment.
Responsible for managing schedule, quality, delivery time, cost, and facilitating employee development.

【必須要件 Essential requiements】

●噴霧塗装5年以上経験者　
5 years or more experience in Spray painting

●仕事への誠実さ、チャレンジ精神
Integrity/Challenging spirit

高校卒業以上 High school graduate or more

【望ましい要件 Desirable requirements】

●一級噴霧塗装士
First grade spray paint certification

●英語でのコミュニケーション能力
English language capability would be an advantage

●工程管理、チーム運営の能力
Capability of production management and team management
