Role IntroductionReports to: Assistant Manager Uniform Services
This position sits under the Inflight Service Delivery Department and plays an important behind‑the‑scenes role in supporting our uniform wearers by ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the uniform store.
As the Uniform Store Officer, you will assist to ensure the uniform items are well-kept and the correct items are delivered to all uniform wearers in timely manner. You will also manage the uniform stock and provide professional service to our uniform wearers.

Key Responsibilities- Responsible for running the uniform store smoothly and effectively
- Take charge of uniform distribution stock level optimisation by conducting stock inspection on a regular basis
- Provide uniform services to all uniform wearers in timely manner
- Organise the store neatly and ensure all uniform stock is well kept
Requirements- 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
- Awareness of operational and financial factors which contribute to team
performance - Set high standards for the delivery of quality customer service, providing
professional, reliable, personable and consistent service - A good team player who works collaboratively with others
- Understand team goals and own role in contributing to their achievements
