This role sits within Digital Design of our Sales Solution Division and reports into the Head of UX Research.

We are looking for a skilled UX Researcher to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality user research that generates actionable insights across TUIs digital sales channels.

This role is responsible for applying appropriate research methodologies to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points throughout the product development lifecycle.

The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with product, design, and technology teams to ensure research findings drive customer-centred solutions that enhance the user experience and deliver business value.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Youll plan and conduct user research studies using appropriate methodologies across the product lifecycle, ensuring research addresses key business questions and product decisions.
• Analysing research & insight data to identify patterns and trends will be central to your role, transforming raw data from a variety of sources into meaningful findings and recommendations that drive product and design decisions.
• Apply structured product discovery frameworks, such as Opportunity–Solution Trees, to help product teams systematically identify, explore, and prioritise customer problems and solution opportunities.
• Well look to you to communicate research findings effectively to diverse stakeholders through compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations that make insights accessible and actionable.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and developers will ensure research insights inform product strategy and design decisions throughout the development process.
• Your expertise in applying appropriate research methodologies based on project needs will demonstrate proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• As a voice for the customer within product and design discussions, youll ensure customer perspectives are considered in decision-making processes.

ABOUT YOU

• You have proven experience in UX research or related user-centered design roles, with expertise in qualitative research methods and experience with quantitative approaches.
• Your track record shows delivery of impactful research that influences product decisions, with experience working in agile environments alongside cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities allow you to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, complemented by effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with research tools and platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, UserZoom, UserTesting) supports your practical research approach.
• You bring understanding of digital product development processes and knowledge of behavioural economics and customer decision-making principles.
• Experience conducting research across multiple spanets would be beneficial but is not essential.
