Responsible for loading software on Image Generators, integrating external equipment (projectors, camera, blend assemblies and CCE box) to the Image Generator and keeping track of hardware, BOMs and checklists.  Also responsible for providing support – in plant or remotely, for delivered systems.

• Loading of Windows and Server images on all computers associated with the visual system.


• Integration and test of image generators, projectors, and peripherals on production and upgrade devices.


• Installation of GPU and network adapter drivers.


• In house visual support of production devices to include, but not limited to, troubleshoot, isolate, repair and/or replace electrical and system components.


• Troubleshooting of network and communication issues between server cabinet and external equipment.


• Labeling of all equipment set forth by drawings or customer requirements.


• Gather hardware as needed to fulfill required installation kits.


• Pack all systems for shipment after integration and internal audits of the system are complete.


• Accesses and interprets system schematics, and electrical and mechanical engineering drawings as well as updates drawings to reflect as-built conditions.


• Modify procedures under supervision of lead.

• Accountable for the control and distribution of documents and/or equipment subject to export control restrictions and the security of FSI materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of FSI products.


• Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.


• Able to adhere to a work schedule including prompt and regular attendance.


• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

• Associate degree in a related field.

• Two (2) years’ experience

• Advanced knowledge of the inner workings of computers. 
  
• Strong network troubleshooting skills.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Server 2016/2022, and MS Office 365 Suite
  
• Advanced knowledge of network switches (Cisco, Juniper and NetGear).
  
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
  
• Advanced knowledge troubleshooting hardware and replacing such hardware.
  
• Must have own hand tools for working on computer equipment.
  
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory.
  
• Must be able to follow directions/checklist steps to ensure system is configure per design.
  
• Be able to interpret drawings (electrical and mechanical).
  
• Must be detail oriented – organized work area, keeping up with all documentation for each job assigned to (serialization logs, BOM updates and checklists).

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must work with keyboard, mouse, and monitor for long periods of time.
• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  The employee must regularly lif and/or move 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
