Job Title: Structural TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking Licensed Structures Technicians to assist with the heavy maintenance of Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircraft. The primary focus will be performing C Checks, with additional responsibilities on Line Maintenance in Calgary and Edmonton. Flexibility is key as you may be required to handle various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform C Checks on Q400, 737NG MAX, and SAAB aircraft.
- Conduct heavy and line maintenance tasks.
- Engage in Line Maintenance activities in Calgary and Edmonton.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair aircraft structures.
- Install, maintain, and repair aircraft systems as needed.
Essential Skills- AME-S or 5+ years experience with heavy maintenance.
- Experience with structures on Q400, 737NG MAX, or SAAB aircraft.
- Proficiency in heavy and line maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and inspection skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Endorsement on Boeing 737 and/or Dash 8 - Q400.
- Experience with Q400 and 737 aircraft.
- RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card)
- Ability to work well with others.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Work Environment
You will be working in a hangar alongside a team of 5-6 AMEs, primarily performing heavy maintenance checks. Shifts are 12 hours long, with flexibility for the team to work as much as possible. Standard working hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with the option to work up to 6 days a week. Line maintenance facilities operate 24-hour shifts, requiring flexibility for line maintenance tasks.
