An industry leader, MFC Training operates teaching facilities in both Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick and has recently expanded into London, Ontario. In training the world&39;s newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College&39;s fleet of aircraft. 

MFC Training is currently seeking a full-time permanent Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Moncton, NB. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Data entry into company&39;s maintenance tracking system.
• Shipping/Receiving.
• Issuing parts.
• Maintain inventory stock levels.
• Contacting vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are essential 
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet regular deadlines and effective time management is required 
• Exceptional organizational skills 
• An ability to work both independently and in a team environment 
• Previous inventory and related work experience preferred 
• Ability to work flexible hours and shift work.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations
