We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer / integration engineer to design, implement, and maintain integration between ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM modules and networking monitoring applications. The role is to enable automated workflows, improving network visibility and enhancing IT service delivery across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Build and configure integration between ServiceNow and other applications using APIs, connectors, and custom scripts
- Automate workflows for incident management, change requests, and network provisioning
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support
- Monitor integration performance and optimize for efficiency
- Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and other stakeholders to align integration goals
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to other members of the team
