Essential Responsibilities
- Own all transfer processes from classified area to unclassified computers and from unclassified computers to classified areas.
- Track receiving and distribution of supplier data via CD or DD
- Communicate file location and distribution to relevant parties.
- Manage program office and computer farm room office supplies. Includes ensuring necessary equipment is available as needed, like printer paper, toner, pens, pencils, markers, etc.
- Manage cleaning schedule for computer farm rooms. Includes ensuring shredders are emptied, trash cans emptied and rooms vacuumed.
- Manage IT issues as they arise for computer farm computers.
- Manage room, computer and folder access for individual use.
- Understand urgent needs and addressing accordingly.
- Ensures all company paperwork and documentation is filled-out completely and accurately.
- Work with minimal coaching in a team environment.
- Ability to operate and process Windows computer tasks.
- Ability to manage critical program data.
- Role requires a significant amount of daily walking to transport information. Ability to physically walk moderately long distances is required.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree or a High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance: DoD Collateral (w/ Secret eligibility)
- Must be a US Citizen

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
