As a Safety Intern at JSX, you will assist our safety team in supporting data analysis and promoting safety initiatives across various operational areas. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aviation safety, including safety audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the safety practices that ensure safe and efficient operations in the aviation industry.

Fine Print

• Active college student completing sophomore or junior year (essential requirement)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Aviation Safety, Aerospace Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field (essential requirement)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (essential requirement)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (essential requirement)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (essential requirement)
• Extra-curricular activities, leadership experience, and previous internship experience preferred
• Interest in the aviation industry and safety management is preferred

Pay & Perks

Internship compensation starts out at $18.00 per hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
