This position contributes to our vision by:

•tImplement SHM, detecting and eliminating operational risks, without any impact to end customer
•tImplement TO-BE process
•tIdentify delta between AS-IS and TO-BE process and mandatory upgrade in the TO-BE solution with CORE and COTS approach
•tProvide local information required to eWInS team
•tDefine settings for new solution
•tMake data conversion for new SHM system (refer to Data preparation catalog)
•tPrepare and execute User Acceptance Tests
•tTrain end users to new process and new solution
•tConduct local organization and processes changes
•tExecute assigned actions required for the deployment
•tSupport end users at go live
•tDevelop basic skills for the following SHM modules
•tWire prep
•tSee-EED
•tData loading
•tSPM
• Build process/Launcher
•tWork Instructions
•tElectrical Test
•tAdheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;
tRegular, predictable attendance is required;

Job Requirements:

Education and/or Experience
•\tRequires 5 or more years experience in manufacturing and/or quality processes, preferably in Aerospace Electrical Harness Operations or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field and 1 to 3 years Experience in engineering processes.
Knowledge/Skills
•\tEnglish written and oral-Expert/Fluent
•\tComputer Skills-Advanced
•\tRequires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Access & Outlook) – Advanced
•\tKnowledge wiring engineering data-Advanced
•\tStrong knowledge on local Business processes and organization-Advanced
•\tAbility to build strategic working relationships at all levels of the organization – Advanced
•\tAbility to communicate, verbally and written, to internal and external customers – Advanced
•\tAnalytical skills – Advanced
•\tCapacity to document/specify (quality oriented) – Advanced
•\tAdaptability skills– Advanced
•\tKnowledge with SHM –preferred
