As a Sales Optimization Analyst, you will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and commercial decision-making and help transform analytics into results that shape how SAS sells across markets.
Challenges you will work on:
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that bring clarity, speed, and structure to our commercial decisions.
• Analyze sales performance and tactical activities to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate closely with teams in Revenue Management, Network, and Pricing to ensure insights are timely, aligned, and acted upon.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, engaging stories that drive tactical actions within Sales.
• Support the development of new sales frameworks and contribute ideas that make our sales processes faster, smarter, and more data-driven.

• A strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (or other data visualization tools).
• Excellent communication skills: you can make complex topics understandable and engaging for your audience.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, SQL skills are a plus.
• A proactive attitude: you take ownership and enjoy improving how things work.
• The ability to manage several tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience or education in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.
• Experience in a commercial, sales, or analytical environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other Nordic languages are a bonus.
