As part of our Production team, the Quality Technician will support both Assembly and Inspection teams, ensuring we deliver high quality & reliable products through robust and efficient manufacturing processes.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where youll be an essential partner to Assembly and Inspection teams, helping drive technical excellence and resolve quality issues at the source. Youll be a go-to expert on quality-related matters, contributing to continual product and process improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

What will I be doing?

As a Quality Technician, you'll be embedded in our Assembly operations, acting as a quality authority on the shop floor:

•\tLeading the Assembly Quality Clinic and participating in Material Review Board (MRB) decisions
•\tEvaluating and sentencing non-conformities, offering expert input to Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and external suppliers
•\tSupporting root cause investigations and contributing to continual improvement initiatives across product life cycles
•\tProviding technical coaching to assembly and inspection teams to build quality into the process

What do I need to succeed?

We're looking for a technically skilled and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment:

•\tStrong knowledge of manufacturing principles, lean methods, and quality control
•\tExperience with First Article Inspection, PPAP, and APQP processes
•\tConfident using problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCCA)
•\tAbility to influence, coach, and work across cross-functional teams
