Program Manager-Intelligence Analysis
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Intelligence Analyst III to lead and manage intelligence analysis activities supporting a high-visibility federal program. This dual-role position combines hands-on intelligence analysis with program leadership responsibilities, requiring a professional with proven experience in the US Intelligence Community (USIC), strong team leadership capabilities, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

The successful candidate will serve as both a Program Manager overseeing operational execution, contract performance, and personnel management — and as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, supporting analytic requirements, intelligence product review, and dissemination processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of program operations, ensuring contract deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the government customer, internal leadership, and the multi-disciplinary analytic team.
  • Lead weekly status meetings, program reviews, and performance briefings for government stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of intelligence analysts, managing task assignments, deadlines, and personnel performance.
  • Oversee staffing actions, ensuring all personnel meet clearance, credentialing, and qualification requirements.
  • Manage resource allocation, operational workflow, and project schedules to support dynamic mission priorities.
  • Maintain awareness of contract requirements and operational metrics, ensuring consistent contract compliance and reporting.

Intelligence Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and supervise complex multi-source intelligence analysis in support of national security, law enforcement, or mission partner priorities.
  • Identify, gather, and assess information from classified and open-source reporting to produce actionable intelligence products.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on intelligence requirements, methodologies, and operational processes within the USIC framework.
  • Collaborate within and across multi-disciplinary teams to analyze, review, and edit intelligence reports and assessments for accuracy, clarity, and classification compliance.
  • Review and manage the dissemination of intelligence products in accordance with agency standards and security protocols.
  • Participate in intelligence briefings, meetings, and operational discussions, providing analytical input and decision support to stakeholders.
  • Track and respond to ad-hoc intelligence requirements or requests for information (RFIs) as directed by the government.

Qualifications

  • An active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • At least five (5) years of intelligence analysis experience within the US Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, or program management experience.
  • Familiarity with intelligence requirements, collection management, and dissemination processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a multi-disciplinary or team-based environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editorial, and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least two years in copyediting, publishing, or other writing-intensive roles.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior program or team management experience in a military, law enforcement, or federal government (non-USIC) environment.
  • Hard science, technical, or cybersecurity background.
  • Experience with certified release authority for the dissemination of classified intelligence products.
  • Experience supporting law enforcement or counterintelligence investigations.
  • Familiarity with IC tradecraft standards, analytic writing best practices, and classified systems and databases.
