Tasks
When you join our team, you will:
- Perform necessary adjustments to process visualizations and organizational charts in the process management tool in conformity with the internal methodology and standards
- Ensure contents are translated in English and German using the translation software which is integrated in the process management tool
- Update documents in the document management system (DMS) which is integrated in the process management tool
- Update process management roles in the process management tool

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- University degree or professional experience in business administration, economics, international business, process management or industrial engineering
- Excellent language skills in German and English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a precise, clear and structured way
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity, creativity and high engagement
- Responsibility, ability to prioritize and solve problems
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge of process management software (e.g. ARIS) is an advantage
- Adaptability and ability to work in team
- Willingness and readiness to conduct business travels abroad from time to time
