What you will do:
- Act as a Captain on the Challenger 300 aircraft based on Toronto
- Ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner
- Support daily operation activities on available reserve days
- Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
- Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
- Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience
- Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required
What you bring:
- Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Valid IATRA
- Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
- Valid Transport Canada Medical
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- Minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred
- A University degree or College diploma in Aviation is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 Ibs
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
- A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
- Previous International flying experience (Europe & South America) is required
- Previous time on type is preferred
