Tasks

As a Passenger Service Professional (PSP), you will ensure the efficient, service-oriented handling of our passengers and check-in processes at the airport. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting and advising our passengers and our partner airlines
  • Assigning seats and processing baggage at the start of the journey
  • Securing and checking required travel documents
  • Coordinating the boarding process and ensuring punctual departure
  • Assisting passengers in the event of lost luggage
  • Assisting and advising passengers in the event of flight delays
  • Looking after passengers in our lounges

Requirements

Open-mindedness and friendliness are essential when working with our passengers. In addition, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Completed commercial or service-oriented vocational training or intermediate educational level with at least 2 years of experience in service-oriented professions, or be currently enrolled as a student and have previous experience in a service-oriented profession
  • Fluent German (spoken and written), advanced English 
  • Skill in working with IT applications
  • Demonstrate intercultural awareness
  • Be composed and diplomatic even in difficult and time-critical situations
  • Show a distinct willingness to serve
  • No visible tattoos or piercings
  • Time management skills
  • Take a quick, straightforward approach to problem solving
  • Willingness to work in a free annual working time model with alternating early, middle and late shifts on a full or part-time basis and the possibility to place monthly shift requests
