Key Responsibilities

• Receive all shipments; includes logging deliveries, counting contents ensuring they match documentation, inspecting parts according to FAA regulations, scanning all documentation, and entering parts into inventory
• Track and locate parts within the stock room and deduct them from inventory while maintaining accurate records
• Pack and ship orders via UPS and FedEx, and bill customers using our credit card authorization software. 
• Answer phone calls, quote customers, and build formal quotes
• Research vendors for available inventory, request quotes, and create purchase orders
• Learn to use and navigate aircraft Parts Catalogs to find part numbers. 
• Occasionally lift items up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized work space and stock room. 

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Proficient with Windows-based systems
