Position Summary
Responsible for conducting and communicating the spanet research required to support division growth strategies & strategic decision making. To work with spanet management to effectively utilize spanet intelligence products and services. Work with distribution network and direct customers. D
While reporting to the Automotive Marketing manager, the role works with spanet/product sales managers to support their effort in building installed base. Responsible for all direct customer communications. Will direct specific spanet research projects and/or target spanets.
Responsibilities
Sales assignment may include prospecting for distribution.Develop and maintain spanet database information that can be used strategically by the Division/Group.Coordination of regional distribution sales blitzes utilizing spaneting information derived from research.Assist Division staff in developing reports, graphs, and plans.Verify and develop information concerning competitive spanet share by major trade areas or spanets.Conduct sales lead follow-ups.Maintain competitive activity file.Maintain group Parker-On-Line (POL) information.Maintain group distribution contracts and master files.Division DAS administrator (global dashboard numbers).Manage incentive program for Division sales.Project manager for all Division sales and distribution meetings.Manage Division distribution contracts to include PCAA updates.Project Manager for Division assigned eBusiness platforms.Responsible for researching and creating high level PowerPoint presentations.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplineExpert knowledge in DASExperienced in mainframe research and maintenanceExcellent communication and presentations skillsExpert in PowerPoint and ExcelHighly organizedInterest and ability to learn and develop a working knowledge of Parker products, applications, distributor network, and spanetsUp to 20 travel may be required
