Working at our McAllen Facility
The GE Aerospace facility in McAllen is one of our centers of expertise specializing in the repair of engine components used in commercial and military aircraft. These include LPT Nozzles, HPT Nozzles, and HPT Hangars. You’ll find state of the art technologies in CNC, EDM, and Coating as well as advanced technology development within our new Tech Lab.

Essential Responsibilities:
Review work orders, formulas and processing to determine specifications and sequence of operations.
Weigh or measure specified ingredients and binding agents.
Mix and grind material.
Load and unload parts, monitor operation, and adjust controls of various processing machines and equipment and perform similar operations to prepare, combine, or change structure of materials to produce compositions with specific component properties.
Clean materials as required prior to processing operations.
Inspect, measure and test components according to specifications.
Enclose components in housings.
Stamp or etch identifying information on finished component.
Count, sort, and weigh processed items.
Maintain manual or computerized records of productions and inspection date.
Adhere to and follow all safety procedures such as lock-out/tag-out and report safety concerns, use appropriate PPE as required.
Responsible for meeting all quality assurance standards of the product.
Follow and promote safe work practices.
Communicate effectively with others.
