Role summary/purpose:
Work in the General Administration area, controlling Celmas engagement strategies, internal policies, programs and activities based on the goals and guidelines outlined.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate events and executive meetings, ensuring efficiency and quality standards;
- Optimization of processes and administrative areas using Lean;
- Identify opportunities for improvement on internal policies, procedures;
- Manage the company’s-chartered transport contract;
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and propose improvements.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration
- Advanced administration experience.
- Microsoft Office package Knowledge;
- Fluent English.
