Job Description

As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving, kitting, managing the tool crib and stock room, handling materials, conducting cycle counts, transferring and issuing materials, controlling tools, and issuing tools to the floor. You will also perform end-of-shift inventory checks and utilize RF scanning. You will issue materials to kits as needed and document all inventory transactions using the Costpoint system. Microsoft Word will be used for various reports. If material tasks are completed for the day, you may be required to assist with kitting or cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving processes.
• Handle kitting and tool crib operations.
• Maintain stock room and handle materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and transfer materials.
• Issue materials and tools to the floor.
• Perform end-of-shift inventory checks using RF scanning.
• Document inventory transactions using Costpoint system.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Word.
• Assist with kitting or cycle counting as needed.

• Proficient in inventory management and cycle counting.
• Experience with SAP/ERP programs.
• Receiving experience.
• Ability to use RF units for parts picking.
• Eligibility for secret clearance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in logistics and material handling.
• Knowledge of distribution, stocking, and pulling parts.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse and hangar environment, working with aircraft components, parts, and kits.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
