Role IntroductionReports to: Assistant Learning Manager – Analytics

In this role, you are responsible for collecting, analysing and interpreting data related to learning programs and initiatives to drive improvements in training outcomes and learner engagement. You are also responsible for building reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights to enable teams to monitor performance and make informed decisions.
You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making in CAY’s learning and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Promptly address any discrepancies or inaccuracies to maintain reliable and actionable data
- Set up performance measures and surveys on CAY performance metrics, including learning effectiveness, trainers’ productivity, utilisation of resources, training cost, amongst other KPIs
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that summarize key metrics, trends, and insights related to CAY learning initiatives
- Analyse productivity and efficiency of the deployment of people and resources and provide improvement recommendations to CAY managers
- Retrieve data from internal database and build dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators for cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making
- Assist the Assistant Learning Manager - Analytics in building a comprehensive and automated reporting framework to reduce manual efforts
Requirements- Degree holder in data analysis, training, business administration or relevant major
- Graduate opportunity / 1-3 years of experience in learning analytics or data analysis
- Self-starter who can work with all levels as part of a cross functional team
- Strong in strategic thinking, and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effectiveness in stakeholder engagement
- Experience in online survey tools, such as Qualtrics, and SQL for querying and managing relational database is a plus
- Experience in building dashboards using Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or other BI tools, is a plus
- Experience in Learning Management System is a plus
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. is essential
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
