Tasks
As the "Entry Programs" team, we are responsible for Lufthansa Techniks young talent programs. The development and promotion of talent is important to us - thats why we look forward to welcoming you as an intern for 6 months from February 2025.
This is where you can get involved:
- You support and accompany us in the selection process and onboarding of young talents
- You will work with us to develop concepts and events for the various products and implement them with us
- You organize and accompany events and are involved in projects
- You will independently carry out benchspan analyses and research activities
- You support us in administrative activities such as the creation of guidelines, creation of certificates, maintenance of Microsoft Teams channels and overviews
- You keep an eye on deadlines and are in direct contact with the target group
- You support us in the placement process after completion of the respective program
- And much more!

Requirements
In order to complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your 3rd Bachelors semester, in your Masters program (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or in your gap year at the time of the internship.
- Your study background is in the fields of economics, (business) psychology, human resources, social sciences or similar
- You have preferably already gained some practical experience through internships/part-time work
- You are characterized by a structured way of working, reliability and commitment
- You like to contribute your own creative ideas
- You are willing to travel domestically
- You are confident with the common MS Office products, especially Excel
- You have a very good command of English and German
