Tasks
Our business division overhauls aircraft so that they are inspected, repaired and ready to fly. Our team identifies potential for improvement, specifies requirements, develops digital solutions and implements them.
- Developing and implementing internal, agile product management strategies as part of our digital transformation roadmap
- Support the digital transformation by improving governance structures, stakeholder engagement and our ways of working
- Contribute to the development of app concepts during design sessions by contributing innovative ideas
- Take responsibility for individual features by being an active member of a SCRUM DevOps team, identifying requirements and translating them into user stories
- Supporting the development and refinement of our test dojo and preparing comprehensive test scenarios
- Support in the introduction of digital applications for internal customers

Requirements
To complete an internship at our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship.
To become part of our digital transformation team, you should bring the following with you:
- At least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering or comparable degree courses at the time of the internship
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelors and Masters degree program (gap year)
- Fluent English (German is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
- High level of initiative and resilience
- Enthusiasm for how digital applications are developed and brought to life
- Interest in agile methodology
- Optional: basic knowledge of programming
