Tasks
During your paid internship in Recruiting, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will be responsible for parts of knowledge management such as the preparation and storage of new files, the documentation of new information and processes, the development of new knowledge management options, and much more
- You are part of the recruiting team, gain initial insights into the day-to-day work of recruiters and can proactively help shape your areas of responsibility and learning objectives
- You will play a key role in the implementation of exciting projects and contribute your expertise to various workshops
- You will be an important supporter for our recruiters at job fairs and applicant days
- You will have the opportunity to take part in training courses and complete web-based training as part of your responsibilities

Requirements
What you should bring with you:
- At the date of the internship you have completed the third semester
- You are enrolled for the entire internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or are in the gap year between Bachelors and Masters studies
- You are interested in topics related to human resources, especially recruiting, or have already gained some experience
- You enjoy a varied working day with hybrid teamwork and occasional business trips
