The successful candidate will be part of a team in Partnerships & International Relations Department, responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
1. Secure regulatory approvals in a timely manner for all SIA carrier services
(a) Spearhead and ensure all necessary landing/overflight and codeshare approvals for seasonal, ad-hoc and chartered services are secured for SIA Group Carriers.
This involves:
• Preparation of documents for regulatory filing and permit applications
• Liaising with Singapore and foreign government bodies and authorities
• Coordinating with relevant departments in the SIA Group to collate information
• Working with Flight Ops Control Centre to monitor and follow up on approvals
• Applying and securing approval for any changes to approved services
• Engagement of third party agents where necessary
(b) Maintain an accurate database of SIA overseas stations and foreign authorities contacts
(c) Maintain oversight of all regulatory approvals for your assigned region and provides support to team members where necessary
(d) Ensure SOPs for regulatory approvals are properly documented and adhered to.
2. Participation in digitisation efforts
(a) This includes but is not limited to:
• Identifying and developing use cases for improving existing work processes through digitisation
• Engaging with internal and external parties for the development of new digitisation features
• Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features developed
• Communications and change management, to drive adoption of digital technologies in work processes.

Requirements
- Possess a diploma in any discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and be able to use advanced functions of Word and Excel (eg. execute pivot table, vlookup).
- Able to analyse data and learn new systems to assist in your job duties.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details.
- Able to work both independently and as a team.
- Possess initiative in taking the lead for assigned job duties and improving processes.
