Roles Overview
- Conduct legal research and compile information on topics like intellectual property, data protection, employment laws, regulatory compliances.
- Assist in coordination efforts related to litigation matters and support for collating documentation.
- Drafting and reviewing service agreements, NDAs, facilities agreements, MSAs.
- Support in legal entity governance and perform related tasks
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to legal matters, document organization, and legal database management.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining various reports, trackers, legal documentation & templates.
Idea Candidate:
Should have experience legal research.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in law. Should obtain NOC from college to pursue internship
- Excellent legal research, writing and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Curiosity to learn
- Interest in technology or intellectual property rights is preferred
- Previous internship experience is preferred
