Role Introduction
Reports To: Insurance Partnerships Manager
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for the development of Cathay’s Insurance Product offerings and propositions. Reporting to the Insurance Partnerships Manager, the candidate will assist in developing existing and growing new partnerships with the goal to provide a range products to protect the premium travel lifestyle of Cathay members. You will be supporting the execution of partnership strategies & roadmap via working closely with our insurance partners, other Travel & Lifestyle partnership teams as well as other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good working rapport with insurance partners to foster collaboration.
- Support the development and execution of business strategy and initiatives to drive business performance
- Assist in the contract review and partner on-boarding process, obtaining necessary approvals from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day operations, administration and reporting related to insurance partnerships
- Work closely with internal teams to drive enhancement that optimize customer experience and streamline process.
- Ensure operations & processes comply with internal guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with spaneting and internal teams to execute spaneting campaigns, including campaigns setup, T&C, fulfillment, and performance monitoring
- Support spanet research and monitor insurance spanet trends and intelligence
Requirements
- Degree holder with experience in partnership development & management, sales operation and/or spaneting preferred. Candidates without a degree but with more relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in Insurance/Marketing/Partnership fields.
- Prior experience in insurance is an advantage.
- Proactive, creative, and business-minded team player. Able to work independently and possesses problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Organized, detailed and result-oriented.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
