What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience in an IT Monitoring and Observability role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT monitoring and observability administration, engineering, or support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with New Relic monitoring and observability tools and platform
- Strong knowledge and experience with various IT infrastructure and application technologies, such as Linux, Windows, Azure, network, database, web, etc.
- Strong knowledge and experience with scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Bash, Ansible, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in IT monitoring and observability tools and platforms are preferred

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
