ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our People Business Partnership team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain foundational experience in Human Resources. You will play a key role in supporting strategic HR initiatives, coordinating projects, preparing communications, delivering insightful analysis, and enabling the execution of people strategies, while developing valuable skills in a international, dynamic and collaborative environment.
This role offers a wide range of learning opportunities and hands-on experience in various areas of HR. You will support the People Business Partner (PBP) of one of the Business Units by contributing to both operational and strategic areas of the people agenda, including:
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months in an HR generalist or organizational development role in a dynamic, competitive environment (e.g., high-tech or service sector); project management experience is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English is required.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
