ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Network Delivery Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work at one of Europe’s busiest airports. You will work alongside Network Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Solution Designers, Incident Managers, and Project Support Engineers to capture customer requirements and to deliver minor works projects to meet business requirements. You will have the opportunity to learn about networking technologies relating to LAN, WLAN, IP Telephony and network security.
You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to all aspects of the project’s life cycle: initiation, planning, execution, and closure – this means you will be working on real world challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Learn how to capture customers’ network requirements together with SITA Network Delivery Team, Solution Designers, and third-party suppliers.
- Learn about fulfilling the customers’ requirements and following the SITA Processes.
- Learn how to create, deliver and handover projects end to end.
- Learn how to raise implementation changes for the Deployment team.
- Work closely with the Solution Design team, Project Managers, Technical Leads and Deployment engineers.
- You will need to learn all processes and standards and how to follow them.
- You will learn about a complex and advanced LAN Campus network.
- You will liaise with stakeholders, customers, main contractors, and suppliers for the successful delivery of the project, from inception to completion.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Have some understanding of IT networks.
- Have some understanding of Project management methodologies.
- Have some basic understanding of the functionality of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other physical network infrastructures (Cat6, Fibre).
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest to take the IT Project management progression path to achieve professional growth.
- Good team player, not being afraid to ask questions, we all help each other.
- Eager to learn.
