Tasks
Once you join our team, you will:
- Prioritize and audit freight invoices within defined guidelines.
- Settle transportation costs and assign them to actual logistical events.
- Check missing data with subcontractors, colleagues, and clients.
- Create electronic records of logistical events and issue transportation invoices.
- Perform assigned special tasks e.g. quality assurance, auditing of certain invoice types within a predefined timeframe, etc.
- Create assigned special reports or tools e.g. credit note reports.
- Interact with corresponding units within the organization.
- Work under direct supervision of some other Financial Specialist with higher qualification and experience.

Requirements
You match our need, if you have:
- Good English level (both written and spoken).
- Experience/knowledge in the field of Excel, SAP or similar software is an advantage.
- A background in finance, accountancy or logistics would be considered an advantage.
- Good analytical skills.
- Responsible, details-oriented, and cooperative.
