PAL Aerospace has partnered with SkyAlyne, the prime contractor for the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) Program for the Government of Canada. This is Canada’s next generation pilot and aircrew training program for the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).
The FAcT Program will transform how the RCAF trains its next generation of pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSO), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Op). Combining live flying, advanced simulations, and classroom learning, this long-term program ensures aircrew are fully prepared for future operations.
At PAL Aerospace, you’ll be part of a team where your expertise is valued, your career development is supported, and your contributions will have a lasting impact. It’s an opportunity to work alongside experts in a mission that directly supports Canada’s defense. As part of this long-term initiative, you’ll have access to world-class training, cutting-edge technology, and meaningful career development. You’ll play a key role in preparing Canada’s future aircrew.
“For me, the technology and equipment are what really stand out. Whether it&39;s working with advanced radar systems or mission simulators, there’s always something new to learn and apply. The FAcT program offers sensor operators the chance to stay sharp and engaged in a fast-evolving field.”
