Job Purpose: We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Outbound Sales Executive to join our airline’s sales team. The ideal candidate will connect with potential and existing customers to promote airline tickets, holiday packages, and related travel services. This role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to engage customers effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Tasks:
- Promote and sell travel services such as airline tickets, holiday packages, and travel insurance through inbound and outbound calls.
- Support outbound sales activities to achieve individual sales targets.
- Track daily sales performance and ensure adherence to back office telephonic sales processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service) to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on Cozmo B2B and B2C products, Airline and Travel policies, fares, and industry guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously upgrade product and system knowledge.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting platforms.
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an added advantage.

Education: Graduation (Any Field)
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales within BPO, airline, or travel agency environment.
