The Cargo Cabin Attendant is responsible for ensuring aircraft safety through effective cabin and cargo support on assigned aircraft operating cargo flights while adhering to all Central Mountain Air (CMA) standards, procedures, and policies. Essential duties include supervising cargo and dangerous goods and ensuring flight safety. This position reports directly to the Chief Pilot and indirectly to each flights Pilot in Command (PIC).
Job DescriptionMonitor cargo loading and unloading and security under the supervision of the PIC.
Monitor the handling and compliance of Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo under the supervision of the PIC.
Ensure all cargo is secured correctly and balanced throughout the flight under the supervision of the PIC.
As needed, communicate cargo load details and updates to the flight crew and management.
Travel with the assigned aircraft for the entirety of the shift.
Maintain effective communication with crew, customers, and management regarding operations and safety matters.
Maintain valid certifications for first aid, firefighting, cabin safety, and dangerous goods.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements & QualificationsMust hold a valid or transferrable drivers license (minimum "N" license).
Ability to lift 50 lbs./22 kg repetitively.
Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb repeatedly.
Capability to work in confined spaces.
Basic computer proficiency.
Fundamental mathematical skills.
Strong spatial awareness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Safety-conscious, with a priority on maintaining safety in all tasks.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts.
Must be able to obtain and retain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card) and AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operator Permit) drivers license.
Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
Previous flying experience or experience handling Dangerous Goods is preferred.
