We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join a high-flying team of hospitality professionals and to continually improve the Aspire Executive Lounge offering to meet our ambition of being the Best Lounge provider globally.
Job Summary
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, partners, and visitors. Your professional presence and customer-focused approach will ensure a warm welcome and seamless experience at our airport facilities.
Your activities
- Greet passengers, clients, and visitors professionally and courteously
- Manage telephone calls and information requests
- Handle bookings, check-ins, and general administrative support
- Coordinate with different internal teams to ensure efficient front-desk operations
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and readiness
Your profile
- Diploma in hospitality, tourism, business administration or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles; front desk or hotel reception is a plus
- Fluent in French & English, additional languages are assets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, autonomous, and able to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor
