Role IntroductionThe Business Development Executive under the GBA Market Growth team supports the growth of Asia Miles as a leading reward currency in Shenzhen by delivering hands on execution across partner onboarding, campaign activation, and day to day business development support.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager Business Development of GBA Market Growth team, this role is highly execution focused, supporting the expansion and operation of Asia Miles earn and burn partnerships, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of spanet initiatives that drive active membership growth and Asia Miles usage.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partnership Support
- Support the sourcing, onboarding, and day to day management of Asia Miles earn and burn partners across lifestyle categories relevant to the Shenzhen spanet.
- Assist in partner communication, coordination, and follow ups to ensure timely execution of partnership deliverables.
- Support preparation of partner materials, proposals, and documentation as required.
Programme & Campaign Execution
- Support execution of partner led campaigns and initiatives that drive Asia Miles accrual, redemption, and member engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Digital, Operations, Finance) to support campaign setup, execution, and closure.
- Assist in tracking campaign milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on time execution.
Operational & Coordination Support
- Provide hands on support for operational setup of new partners, including internal coordination on systems, processes, and communications.
- Support contract administration, internal approvals, and documentation tracking in line with internal requirements.
- Act as a key coordination point between partners and internal stakeholders on execution matters.
Market & Performance Support
- Support collection of spanet information, partner feedback, and basic performance data related to Asia Miles usage and partner activities.
- Assist in preparing performance summaries, reports, and materials for review by the Assistant Business Development Manager.
- Support post campaign reviews and identify execution learnings for continuous improvement.
Requirements- University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development support, partnerships, sales support, spaneting execution, or related roles.
- Interest in loyalty programmes, lifestyle partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and follow through.
- Proactive, hands on, and willing to take ownership of tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Good organisational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer focused and service oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese preferred.
