Aviation Recruiter

Job Description:

Engage with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to find outstanding candidates.
Review resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring candidates match both role requirements and our company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to organize smooth and efficient interview processes.
Maintain up-to-date candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Work closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality talent.
Analyze hiring data to consistently refine and improve our recruiting strategies.
Represent our company at job fairs and outreach events to strengthen our employer brand.
Support HR initiatives to shape recruitment strategies and enhance the employee experience.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
2+ years of experience in the aviation/airline industry or recruiting roles.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with professional pilot career paths and the aviation hiring lifecycle.
Experience managing high-volume recruitment and coordinating career fairs.
Collaboration skills
